I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, land and income property within the cities of Birmingham, Homewood, Hoover, Vestavia, Mountain Brook, Pelham, Helena, Chelsea, and North Shelby. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the different municipalities and local schools.
Personal
I graduated with a BA in Communication in 1983, majoring in Advertising and minoring in Marketing & Psychology. I've been a full time Realtor since 1990 shortly after moving to Birmingham with my wife Caroline. I'm consistently in the top 5% of all Metro Birmingham Realtors and strive to keep a competitive edge through obtaining advanced designations and continuing education. I love trying to keep up with my son and daughter ages 7 & 4 respectively! When not working or playing with my children; I enjoy anything that gets me outdoors, rooting for my favorite College football team and an occasional trip to the Beach! | |
